Does NBMiner show real hash rate ?

currently mining on 2miners. i have a 2080TI and im getting 29 Hashrate

but on 2miners it tells me that my current is 43 and average is 42. the last share is never 5 min older.

im not sure which is the real hash rate. my 1080 does 18 and shows me 18 on the site
