HELP Good Afterburner Config for GTX 1650?

Hi guys! Saw a few threads of people mining with a GTX 1650, they have the power limit % to 100% and temps around 60°C

In my case, where I live the temperature is like 15°C, and I have to set the 1650 to 75% power, if I don't do that, temps rise like crazy

If anyone have a better setup for my GPU i would be very happy
