Binance moderator accused of misconduct while thousands of support cases go unanswered

#BinanceHell has been trending on social media because the backlog of unanswered cases has gotten so bad. Thousands of users have had their accounts frozen since last year, with a closed loop system of automated chat bots and no human support available in many cases.

The Binance moderator openly insults and mocks users who ask for help, claiming that they're whining, calling them stupid and attention seeking, laughing at them, etc. This mod also works for Binance.

So users are dealing with that nonsense while they have, in some cases, hundreds of thousands of dollars locked in their accounts. Apparently the withdrawal button is grayed out and disabled in some cases, and the chatbots will just tell people to withdraw funds (which is impossible) or to upload pdf files explaining the problem (also literally impossible) and then declare the case "closed" and users have to open a new ticket.

This affects Binance users as well as Binance US users. Here's a Crypto Briefing article with more details, examples, and interview quotes. Some users are now planning a protest.
