Which crowdsourcing dapp is mature enough to be used right now?

I see great potential in them because in the right set up they could replace both ICO's, DAO's and governance tokens in one dapp and benefit everyone except for scammers, but I don't see much activity in any of the relevant dapps I found. Is it because they put everything on hold because of the fees?
