What are the recommended gas settings if time is not an issue?

I was trying to consolidate a couple of my wallets into a single one. But the default gas prices seem to be higher than the actual value of those tokens.

So, I was wondering what the recommended gas limit and gas price would be if I don't care about the speed of the transaction. Even if the tx would take 2-3 days – I'm fine with that.

By how much can I reduce the costs without making the tx stuck forever?
