Transaction logged twice – Nonce question

I send all my ether from one wallet to another. Now it appears as two transactions in Etherwall, for the same block.

I know I didn't send it twice, since it was the total amount. Both transactions have same hash, same to and from, same value and block number. One has an index and Nonce of 0, the other has an index of 163 and Nonce of 3.

From what I understand, nonce is incremented when certified? Which means that the Nonce with 3 is the real transactions? Why does the transaction appear double, why is nonce 3 and not 1? Why does it appear as two transactions in my etherwall history?
