high gas fees can’t cashout remaining amount in wallet

I have about $10 left in an ethereum metamask wallet that I want to clear out, considering the gas fees will be more than $10, is this $10 just basically lost?

I don't care about the amount, I'm just annoyed I can't clear out this wallet.
