Transfer times?

How long does it usually take for an ETh transfer? I sent some ETH from one wallet to another and the sending wallet says confirmed but it hasn’t shown up in the receiving wallet yet and it’s been two hours.

I’ve checked almost a dozen times to make sure the address was correct and it is.
