Lost my coins?

I am not a crypto investor – in fact I am fairly crypto illiterate. I bought 400,000 Ravencoins a few years back on a recommendation by a friend – my only investment.

I saw the run up recently and checked my balance in my paper wallet. Was super psyched. Tried to transfer the balance to a digital wallet but it kept failing. I gave up and decided to keep in on paper.

A few weeks pass and this AM I go to check balance again as I was uneasy using camera to scan my private key a few weeks back.

No block found. Needless to say I am pretty panicked. Is there any way for me to see what happened to my block?
