Gas Fee Success Story

Let me preface this by saying I’ve been following Ether and involved in Crypto for some time now but I’m no expert (once the conversation starts going down the various chains and the technical aspects of the new updates I get lost).

That said…

I just transferred 7 ETH for the first time in a year+ and was expecting a crazy gas fee based on what I’ve seen here, and was very surprises that it only cost $10 and cleared in less than a minute. In comparison, I transferred a similar amount of BTC recently and was charged $30…

Not sure if I lucked out with the time of day or something, but $10 and that speed are very appropriate and scalable in my opinion. Go ETH!!!
