How do you secure your Windows Raven Core Wallet?

I recently downloaded the Windows Raven Core Wallet on my PC. How do I secure the wallet so that it requires a password or pass-phrase to open? If someone is able to figure out my PC login, I'd like to have an extra layer of protection for the wallet. Is this possible? And if so, is there any tutorials or info that explain how to do this?

Also, what is the recommended backup process? And is it necessary to back up the wallet if you have the wallet recovery secured?
