Sending tokens at low cost

Hi, i know its probably nothing I can do but I'll ask anyway. I have a ledger wallet where I have some eth tokens worth araund 70$, but only around 1$ worth of eth. Last I checked the transaction would cost around 20$. So if I buy some eth, i would need to send it to my ledger wallet and then send eth tokens from it, which would cost me around 40$. Is there any other cheaper way?
