Anyone help with increasing gas fee

So I'm a total noob in the crpyto world, I've sent Eth from my wallet back to coinbase however didn't know the gas fee was vital so I set it at $4. No one has taken my measly transaction for months, I can't seem to be able to send myself 0 with a higher gas fee so I'm stuck. Any helps appreciated.
