Some questions about gtx 1650 on KawPow

So I got into mining recently and today I decided to increase a bit more my clocks for better efficiency, managed to get them up to this https://imgur.com/a/XtThoXF and now i'm getting about 8.8 mh/s on kawpow

So my questions are:

1. are these clocks safe? this is the highest I can go without crashing the gpu (crashes on +200 core and +950 memory)
2. if so, should I lower my power limit? I can go down to 52% and it gets to 55ºC 45W, but hashrate drops to 7.3 mh/s, so priorize efficiency or hashrate?
