Is there difference in Gas usage between native ether and erc 20 tokens?

I was just checking transfer costs from my MetaMask wallet to another wallet.

I have some ETH and some HOGE in the Metamask wallet. Metamask says that it will take around $3 to transfer my ETH, but it will take $17 to transfer the HOGE. I saw that the gas price in both was around 72 gwei, but the gas limit was different.

So my questions is does transfers of various ERC20 tokens have different gas usage compared to ETH's 21000 ? If yes, is there a place where can I find a list of ERC20 token transfer gas cost ?
