Is a Nvidia 1660 Ti Max Q good enough to mine with?

I have a gaming laptop with a Nvidia 1660 Ti Max Q and an Intel i7 6 core processor. I started mining today through the 2miners pool and have only earned 1 RVN in "Unpaid Balance". My hash rate is around 10 MH/s using Gminer and it says on 2miners website I haven't found any blocks yet. Electricity is not an issue. Is it worth it keep letting it run when I'm not gaming or if I'm away from my PC? Will I even get payed anything unless I get 10 RVN in two hours?
