Why are fees so low right now?

ETH price is in an all time high but the gas price is most of the time below 100 Gwei. In the last days it reached as low as 30 Gwei in some blocks. I dont know if to be happy or concerned because of this. It’s good for the users, but why has demand gone down suddenly?
