I have an idea for a DeFi Project, but absolutely zero knowledge in programming

I know ideas aren't worth anything until executed, but what are some recommended methods to getting by this massive roadblock? I have a limited budget to begin with and I wouldn't assume trusting anyone for the compensation being if/when it does catch on would be safe to trust them with my idea.

What should I do?
