Everyone loves scrutinizing NFTs for just being a piece of art you can screen shot but no one talks about the real world applications they have

Nearly everyday I see someone, somewhere say the phrase that goes along the lines of "NFTs are useless, if you want that piece of art work just screen shot it LOL XD". However, no one ever talks about NFTs outside the space of just artwork and collectibles (I do think NFT artwork and collectibles are revolutionary though).

Imagine buying an NFT that lets you receive rent for a real life rental property. This is already a real world project that has started up. This could change the way houses are bought and owned forever. My country is currently looking at putting all drivers licenses online. This could be done through NFTs. Buying a car? NFTs. Just because NFTs are digitalized does not mean that the objects that they are linked to have to be as well. This is a point I see very little; I know that a lot of these applications I have mentioned will be hard to implement but one day they will be.

I am excited to see where NFTs can actually go

Edit: I know currently they are used for tax evasion and money laundering but I’m talking about the potential for NFTs
