Can someone tell me what happened here?

I have a SafePal wallet and I used Uniswap within the wallet. I exchanged 5150 LABS token for the equivalent in ETH.

As of right now all transactions are confirmed but according to etherscan I am now missing ETH and I am missing LABS. I have lost both.
