Exchanges where you can trade staked ethereum?

I see Kraken allows users to buy and sell ethereum that they have staked through the exchange. Effectively, if you were going to stake your ethereum on Kraken anyway, this allows you to get some "bonus" ETH2, by trading your unstaked ETH with users who are willing to sell you their already-staked ETH2 at a small discount.

Looks like the discount is currently ~3.5%

Unfortunately though, Kraken doesn't allow US or Canadian customers to trade staked ETH.

Is anyone aware of other exchanges, besides Kraken, offering the option to trade exchange-staked ETH2?
