Adding a fiat to crypto onramp into major dapps

Ive always wondered why centralized exchanges need to be around and why they get to make so much money from the conversion over to crypto. Coinbase,crypto.com, binance make so much money in fees and keep it all. I wondered if there was a decentralized way to tackle the problem and honestly was thinking of ways to solve it myself. After doing some research, I found https://ramp.network/. What do yall think about integration of this into dapps like the decentralized exchange uniswap? Other than the fees, uniswap is only lacking in this department and then there would be absolutely no need for centralized exchanged, unless I am incorrect! Would this be beneficial and solve the problem of high fees to enter the crypto market and cut out the middle man?
