RVN’s 2nd layer network to expand its ecosystem

Heyo Ravens,

I think it makes sense to add a 2nd layer network to transfer tokens among peers way faster. That layer network could also be used to connect to a RVN cloud storage (you know to store files etc.). There might be even more ways to expand RVN's ecosystem.

What do you think of this? Does RVN already have a 2nd layer network?

Maybe someone knows more about this.
