Anyone else completely redesigned their monthly financials and learn about budgeting in order to invest in crypto

I used to spend willy nilly most months eating out, ect while investing a little into some generic 401k. Since I got into crypto, I've found that I'm way more conscientious with my paychecks and really think about how I spend money. Anyone else have some beneficial changes to their life because of crypto?
