Wallets with meta transactions (alternatives to Argent)

I am still quite new to this but I was looking at many lists of top wallets to use and I thought Argent sounded interesting because of its support for meta transactions to reduce (eliminate?) transaction fees associated with moving ETH based coins around. However, when I went to go sign up, it says it will cost 90USD to execute the smart contract to start the wallet. It doesn't seem like any reviews mention this.

I was wondering if there were other reputable wallets that also used meta transactions that would be recommended and if they're all going to require a high startup fee.
