I'm sure he isn't the only one for this to happen to. How many of you just through a few hundred dollars at some random alt and then walked away for a few years and forgot about it only for it to moon 700%? But not only that but never kept up with the wallet it was in and not writing down the keys? Yeah that is my brother in law. Luckily after a lot of digging between the two of us we found his seed phrase. But in the time that took the coin could have easily plummeted back down. Always be prepared for your exit strategy. Please keep track of your wallets and phrases/keys. You never know when you might need to cash out.
