Doing 2019 Crypto taxes- Cannot figure out to where I sent Ethereum to

Back in 2019, I sent ETH to some wallet, and then from that wallet I sent it to an address that has had 28,000+ transactions. How do I figure out who this address belongs to? Looking at all my other imported transactions, I do not have any deposits of another cryptocurrency that's nearly equal to that value for the rest of 2019.
