My mining computer keeps shutting down

After a few hours of mining Ravencoin with NBMiner 36.1 version KAWPOW my computer shuts down. Pictures down below about my CPU, GPU and MSI Afterburner settings I am using (the default ones). When I try to turn it back on it wont. I need to unplug the power cable from the PSU and leave it for a bit then plug it in and I can turn it back on. Yesterday I tried playing Apex Legends and League Of Legends while not mining and my PC turned off the same way as when mining. I tried setting the MSI Afterburner to power limit -15, core clock to 1000 and memory clock to 1800 just to try to minimize the load on the PSU, but it still shuts down. Also when I try to set the memory clock over 1900 the screen turns black. I also tried mining with NiceHash using their default settings and still same shut down.
