Lost all of my RVN on raven-qt on linux

I had a few hundred RVN in my wallet as well as having the mnemonic key I made backed up. I have not used the wallet in about a week and when I opened it today it made me renter my key and password and redownload the whole block chain. I just got another 50 RVN payout today from my mining pool but now there are 0 previous transactions and 0 RVN. Also the address that was in the "addresses tab" that I was using is also now gone. What the hell happened?
