Good OC settings ?

Hello, I'm very new to mining ravencoin and cryptocurrency in general.

I have a RTX 2070 super and I've been very torn on good OC settings. Currently I'm running power limit 75%, core clock -200, mem +1000. I'm not too worried on electricity since my electric bill is built into my rent. My max MH/s I've had was 29 but not I'm getting around 4-10 Mh/s. Does anyone have any good settings for overclocking/underclocking to get good Mh/s? And yes, I know these questions probably sound dumb because I don't really know what I'm talking about lmao.
