What can you do with Ravencoin?

I am trying to understand the scope of Ravencoin. I have been told Ravencoin is an asset platform where you can issue NFTs. Besides NFTs, how else can you use the platform? Is there any companies or apps using the platform? I am interested in building something in the future using Ravencoin but I am having trouble finding proof of concepts. On a side note, it would be nice if there was a list of projects built around Ravencoin on the Ravencoin website.
