Where could I get a GPU?

My GPU is outdated and I'd like to get one better than 2060, but there are so many scam websites out there, I don't even know where to start looking. A lot of the reviews for the 2070s on NewEgg have negative reviews about the selling not sending the right item. I usually buy from bestbuy, but I don't see that as a option. Should I just buy a pre-built? That almost looks cheaper than some of these scam websites.
