Hashrate lowered out of nowhere

Hi, i was mining at a 12Mh/s average until last night when it suddenly went to 7Mh/s i restarted my pc/upgrated drivers/changed some settings and got it up to 9Mh/s but i can't figure out how to get it all the way back to 12. Did any of you experience this lately?
