Hash rate

Since yesterday, my pool hash has shrunk a lot. I use teamredmine and in the miner it says ~ 25.5-27 mh / s on the kawpow, while next to the pool it says ~ 22-25. On ravenflypool.org that hash has also been reduced. Is it up to me or is it up to the pool?
