Unpopular opinion: Elon tweeting about cryptos has done 100x more good than bad

1. Anti-censorship is one of the fundamental features of decentralization, yet some people here on /cc are crying if he tweets anything good/bad about cryptos.
2. Arguably biggest news of 2021 yet of Tesla acquiring +1bil worth of BTC, we should hate on Elon because "he bought and later tweeted about it to pump up the price". Even though they are legally obligated to present this information in their SEC filings.
3. Elon tweets "DOGE" and the ones not holding DOGE and missing on the pump suddenly are screaming "doge bad, infinite supply,". If he had tweeted about your shitcoins, you wouldn't be complaining. A meme guy tweeting about meme coin, *surprised Pikachu face*

Newcomers don't know how cryptos used to be looked down upon, especially by elites. Now that they are joining the party, you want to push them away because this is "our" thing.
