Why is my transaction still stuck?

i tried to transfer from coinbase wallet to coinbase and the transactions got stuck cause of a low gas fee then i did another transaction with a 8$ fee (the second one was around 300$) and i set to nonce to the same level as the first one which was 2. but now both have been stuck for a few hours.
