maybe someone can help me ..

i buy btc from binance and then switch to rvn. should the btc rate rise and rvn stay the same i would have to get more rvn for my btc, am i seeing that correctly? or what is this RVN / BTC exchange rate based on ?!

and do you think the moment is a good time to swap btc for rvn?
