Most gas efficient method to wrap and unwrap ETH at the moment?

I have been using uniswap until now, but in full on gas crisis mode it suddenly hit me that I should really be sure I'm using the most efficient method possible to wrap ETH to WETH and back again for defi purposes.

Also any more advanced/unintuitive/not obvious tips for saving on gas using metamask for defi would be welcome. Got all the important things down, but am wondering if there's anything like this that I've missed
