Help/question with .ETH domains and nfts

Hello- I was considering using .eth as a domain, because I want to support it and I feel like right now it’s only here to stay. I’m making a website which will advertise my comics and a few other products related to them. I want to make these comics into nfts, because why not. My developer is saying this might be unnecessarily as it would only make sense if I’m advertising at that specific crowd (the crypto crowd). I’m not, my comics and products will be aimed at kids just starting puberty, however I still want to use these features because I see the obvious potential. Let me know if you think I’d be shooting myself in the foot?
