Help needed!

Hello, im recently into mining on my windows pc. I got a gminer, and ravencore wallet, its all setup.

My questions are:

1. Will it go directly into my wallet?
2. How long i need to mine? Till i got 10 RVN, or should it appear instantly?
3. i made it to 62*C will it be fine?
