Issue with IOS wallet

I have iPhone 12, IOS 14.

I've tried several times (deleted app and downloaded again from App Store) but I run into the same issue.

After installing the app, it looks like its initializing (spinning icon), then I get a screen to enter pin but the screen is frozen. (cant enter any numbers).

Anyone else encounter this issue?
