Gminer – Shares Per Minute

Hi all, new here. Just started mining RVN on Gminer and I'm curious what shares/minute rate others have experienced. Currently mining with a Zotac 3060 Twin Edge with OC settings: -100, +1200, 80%PL and about 136W and consistent 23.75 MH/s. It's been running for a solid 24 hours at this point and it's telling me 0.32 s/m. Is this good? Bad? Suggestions?
