Question about account security…I think I got scammed.

Hi everyone, today I think I got scammed because I sent some Ethereum to an address that I got from a website that has now been labeled as “phishing”. There was this Twitter link floating around on Reddit today about a free Bitcoin and Ethereum giveaway from Elon Musk. I guess I was tremendously stupid to think this was real. I guess there is no chance of ever getting this back? Also, has my whole account on my trading platform been compromised and at risk of hacking? Thanks for your help.
