What exchange to use?

I’m a small, at-home miner. I cannot complete KYC verification. Are there any exchanges that I can use that don’t require KYC, allow you to sell ethereum, and allow PayPal or fiat withdrawals? Also, are there other methods of selling coins that I could use?
