NEED HELP LOST CRYPTO

So on coinabse (wife's account) I sent coins to to my phone number. I did not have an account set up. I set up an account and now cannot find how to receive the coins. On the wife's transactions it says pending. I have no idea what I did and I think I may have just lost 8 grand worth of crypto. Someone please help
