How are people selling RavenCoin?

I don't know about you guys, but when I heard of Raven I started mining as soon as I could. Trouble is, I didn't realize how difficult it would be to find a simple exchange where I can convert RVN to BTC or USD. I've tried binance, and coinbase, but only binance has RavenCoin. And binance is a bit of a pain to get verified (been 3 days and I am waiting on an intermediary step in the verification process).

Those of you who have figured this out, what works? How long does it take to set up?
