Miner Showing as Inactive on Flypool When Running.

I've been mining with Team Red Miner, and Flypool for the past couple days, and this morning my miner, which is still running, is showing up as inactive on flypool's website. Is this just because it hasn't gotten any shares for a while? Is there something else going on that I should look into?
