How to understand hash rate

Hey, guys!

Need a little clarification here. So, I got a little confused with the computations of hash rate in 2miners.com. I got 1070, and in the .bat file I am shown that my card generates on average 14.8 MH/s:

Yet, on 2miners.com I am shown, that I have this:

But I've never seen speeds higher that 14.90 on mining app. And on 2miners.com sometimes I can see numbers reaching for almost 30 MH/s

Which one is true?
