Can I mine ravencoin to an Atomic Wallet if that wallet is also connected to my MetaMask wallet?

I'm new to crypto and mining, and I just got my first payout from ethermine. I have been using MetaMask as my wallet so far but I don't want to mine ETH anymore and I'm planning to switch to RVN.

I'm aware that the coins aren't actually stored in the wallets, but rather the wallets are more like interfaces used to access your part of the blockchain (or something like that). I was thinking that I could use my 12 word back-up phrase from MetaMask to import the wallet to Atomic (in order to mine RVN to it since RVN isn't supported on MetaMask).

Would this work? and would the two wallets have different public addresses, or share the same one and be able to accept both ETH-based coins and other coins like Raven?

Also as a side question, I will be using my GTX 1070 to mine and I'm wondering what settings I should use in Afterburner for RVN.
