Binance continues push to become regulated crypto exchange with new hire

Amid the weight of regulatory scrutiny, Binance continues to grow its international compliance team for better relations with financial regulators.

You all cry about Doge and Shiba while BNB quietly crawls back into top 3. This is much worse for crypto

But not only theyre biggest exchange but they also launched their own blockchain – and that blockchain is SUPER CENTRALIZED There are only 21 nodes on Binance smart chain! The new $600 bank/IRS proposal is NOTHING like the front page post would have you believe.

I may get some flak for this but clearly the OP of the current front page post didn't actually read the proposal, nor did almost anyone else in that thread. The title itself and many of the comments are outright false. Let me be clear: I am not advocating for or against the proposal. I…

Can someone double check my math on fee per byte calculation?

Ethereum’s Yellow Paper states that it costs 20 000 gas to store one 256-bit word. 8 bit = 1 byte, therefore 256-bit word = 32 bytes. 1024 bytes = 1 kilobyte, therefore 1 kilobyte costs 32 x 20,000 gas = 640,000 gas. Median gas price = 80 Gwei x 640,000 = 51,200,000 Gwei (12-10-2021) =…

Best hardware wallet for EVM based chains? Ledger vs Trezor

I'm looking for a hardware wallet which is supported by metamask, so there are only the Ledger Nano S/X and the Trezor One/T, which one of these would be the best if you do not only want to use it for Ethereum but also for other EVM-based chains and L2s such as Arbitrum/Optimism/Polygon/BSC/…? If you…
